Has anyone out there replaced, added another fabric or used some idea to deal with older carpet on the hull sides of the v-berth? I see from pictures that many newer CD28s have wooden slats on the side. Thoughts? Thx!

Wes, Did you ever do this? What did you use and how did you attach it to the hull? I am considering Traffic Master nylon berber carpet and liquid nails adhesive.

I want to replace the carpet on the V-berth hull walls with wood slats over battens. Has anyone done this?
